2000 – 2004:  On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), the DFB and within the frame of the German Technical and Cultural Assistance: Director of the German-Ugandan Football Development Project in Kampala, Uganda.

2004:  On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, the National Olympic Committee, the DFB and within the frame of the German Technical and Cultural Assistance, I conducted football coaching courses for youth coaches in Macedonia.

2005:  On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, the National Olympic Committee, the DFB and within the frame of the German Technical and Cultural Assistance, I conducted cfootball oaching courses for youth and senior coaches in Guyana/South-America.

2007:  On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, the German Olympic Sports Confederation, the DFB and within the frame of the German Technical and Cultural Assistance, I conducted a football short-term-project on the island of Madagascar.

                                                         ASERBAIJAN

2008:  In the frame of a newly signed cooperation between DFB and AFFA I educated youth coaches from the first-league club KHAZAR LENKERAN, evaluated the standard of coaching and infrastructure and prepared an analysis for the national association AFFA.

                                                        MADAGASCAR

2008:  On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, the German Olympic Sports Confederation, the DFB and within the frame of the German Technical and Cultural Assistance, I am now in another assignment as Director of the German-Madagascar Football Development Project in Antananarivo (2008-2011).

                                                        BURKINA FASO

2009: On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, the German Olympic Sports Confederation, the DFB and within the frame of the German Technical and Cultural Assistance, I conducted a short-term-project in Burkina Faso from 02.05.-15.06.

2012: In the frame of the German - EastTimor Development Cooperation (GIZ/CIM) advisory services to the Secretariate of State for Youth and Sport (SSYS) of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (06.02.2012-05.02.2014).
